All personnel are willing and eager to meet with clients, family members, and other interested parties, whenever requested, regarding the provision and scope of services, schedule changes, and any other concerns.

Palliative Care
Our superb staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants offer the convenience for our terminally ill patients to remain in their home during their convalescence. Our palliative care team works closely with the clients physician and the Capital Health home care team to ensure that all and any comfort measures are provided and carried out for our terminally ill patients.

  • Administering of narcotics as prescribed by a physician
  • Working as a team member with the physician, other pertinent health care professionals, and the family
  • Monitoring a clysis line or intravenous line
  • Maintaining any comfort measures required
  • Working closely with clients and their families to acquire the best possible level of comfort at all levels of care
